Founded by Bahjat Talhouni in 2020, Strategic Partnership Enterprise (SPE) is the consolidation of three decades of international business experience spanning Europe, USA, and the Middle East comprised of a career initiated in Wealth Management starting in London, NYC, then Geneva, which later developed into broader fields including projects/investments in Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Beauty/Wellbeing, High-End Residential and Mixed-Use Commercial Developments.  

 

Since 2012, he has been working extensively between Europe and the United States of America, including projects in luxury retail, hospitality, and high-end residential.

With an expertise in working with sophisticated clients, and a diverse global exposure including entrepreneurial ventures in Finance, Lifestyle, Design, and Construction, he has developed a broad-based experience in the production of services and venues of excellence.
